Getting to Market

Getting to Market – Exploring the Science of Market Validation

Ever wanted to know how to develop a new technology so that it flies off the shelves, or to develop a better ‘value proposition’ for your next MBIE bid so that your research can get the funding it deserves? The science of getting your idea to market is an important step in the successful commercialisation of your research idea.

KiwiNet in collaboration with WNT Ventures are bringing a special opportunity for researchers, business people and innovative minds of the Waikato community to delve deeper into the market validation process with expert guest Peter Simon.

The “Getting to Market” session is a unique opportunity for local researchers, business people and innovative minds from the Waikato community to develop a greater understanding and know-how of the market validation process. Peter will take attendees through the basics of market validation for high-tech opportunities, embellished with relevant examples, with plenty of opportunity for Q&A.
